For safety reasons all blades used are supplied with a ground edge and are not sharpened.
As every antler differs the pictures you see are of the actual item for sale, evidence of rutting on the antler can sometimes be seen and is natural however small rutting marks are usually polished out during the final stages of the handles preparation.
